- Cut baguette lengthwise.
- Spread tzatziki on one side and pesto on another side.
- Slice chicken breast and toss with olive oil, lemon juice, zest, and chopped herbs.
- Thinly slice sundried tomatoes.
- Top sandwich with cucumber shavings, fresh tomato slices, crumbled feta, chicken slices and sundried tomato.
